Refund and Returns Policy – Webbist

At Webbist AB, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality IT solutions, app development, and digital products. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services or digital products.


1. Services and Digital Products

Our products and services are primarily digital and customized (such as app development, software solutions, and consulting).
As such, once a project or service has started or been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases described below.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The service or digital product has not yet been delivered or developed beyond the agreed initial stage.

  • There was a technical or delivery issue caused solely by Webbist that prevents completion of the project.

  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase or payment.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after work has begun or a digital product has been delivered

  • Delay caused by client-side factors (e.g., missing information or approvals)

  • Custom software, apps, or games that have already been partially or fully developed

  • Subscription fees for ongoing services already provided


4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.


5. Cancellation of Ongoing Services

For subscription-based or long-term services:

  • Clients may cancel future billing at any time with written notice (minimum 30 days in advance).

  • Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
